These mesh panties are made to securely hold full-sized postpartum maternity pads. The polyester/spandex knit makes these underwear very comfortable, light-weight, stretchable and breathable. The premium pants have finished leg seams and a high waist to provide extended length to cover the torso, perfect for c-section bandage support. Our mesh boxer/brief style pants are reusable but also affordable enough to dispose of when they become too spoiled. It is best to hand-wash these reusable briefs to get the most use out of them, but they can also be washed on the delicate cycle in a standard washing machine like normal underwear.
